*you will receive a manual to take home with you on the day. 
Timetable of the day:
09:00am – arrival with welcome hot drink and selection of other refreshments
09.30am – begin theory
12.30pm – theory test of 10 questions (multiple choice). 
1pm – lunch
1.30pm begin practical, demo, working on models. Can provide model if necessary. 
3.30pm  – Q&A
4pm– finish 
Passing the course:
You will receive an accredited certificate after completing 2 case studies. 
Before and after photos of the case studies will be required. 
You’ll have 6mths to complete your case studies.
